Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound frozen meatballs about 32 meatballs
  • 1 cup sweet and sour sauce
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks canned, drained
  • 1 bell pepper chopped (any color)
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder
  • Cooked rice or noodles for serving

Method
 

  1. In a large crockpot, combine the frozen meatballs, sweet and sour sauce, pineapple chunks, chopped bell pepper, and chopped onion.
  2. Add soy sauce, garlic powder, and ginger powder to the mixture. Stir well to combine all ingredients.
  3. Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 2-3 hours, until the meatballs are heated through and the vegetables are tender.
  4. Serve the sweet and sour meatballs over cooked rice or noodles.
