- In a large crockpot, combine the frozen meatballs, sweet and sour sauce, pineapple chunks, chopped bell pepper, and chopped onion.
- Add soy sauce, garlic powder, and ginger powder to the mixture. Stir well to combine all ingredients.
- Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 2-3 hours, until the meatballs are heated through and the vegetables are tender.
- Serve the sweet and sour meatballs over cooked rice or noodles.
