Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Let the puff pastry thaw for about 30 minutes.
  2. Sauté fresh spinach in a skillet for 3-4 minutes until wilted. Allow to cool and squeeze out moisture. Mix in crumbled feta.
  3. Unroll the puff pastry and cut into strips. Spoon spinach-feta filling along one side, fold, press to seal, and twist before placing on a baking sheet.
  4. Whisk the egg and brush the tops of each twist. This will give a beautiful golden finish.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
