Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. Bake the tortillas for 10 minutes, flipping halfway to ensure even crispiness.
  4. In a saucepan, combine shredded rotisserie chicken, taco seasoning, salsa, rinsed black beans, and corn. Heat until bubbling, about 5 minutes.
  5. Top each tortilla with 1/2 cup of the chicken mixture and 1/4 cup of shredded cheese.
  6. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes until cheese is melted.
  7. Garnish with fresh cilantro and diced tomatoes, and serve immediately with lime wedges.
