  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs gluten-free if necessary

  • 4 cloves Garlic fresh
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream or half-and-half/coconut cream
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil or Butter

For the Garnish
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley or basil/chives

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Pound the chicken between plastic wrap to an even thickness of 1 inch and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Set up your breading station with beaten eggs in one bowl and breadcrumbs with Parmesan in another.
  4. Coat each chicken breast in egg, then breadcrumbs, pressing to adhere.
  5. Arrange the chicken on the baking sheet and bake for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Broil for an additional 2-3 minutes to enhance crispiness.
  7. While chicken bakes, sauté minced garlic in olive oil/butter until fragrant.
  8. Add cream to garlic, simmer for 5 minutes, seasoning with salt, pepper, and optional red pepper flakes.
  9. Serve the chicken drizzled with garlic sauce and garnished with parsley.
