Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C) and brush a baking sheet with canola oil.
  2. Brush both sides of the corn tortillas with canola oil and arrange on the baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  3. In a medium saucepan, combine shredded rotisserie chicken, salsa, taco seasoning, black beans, and corn. Heat over medium for 5 minutes.
  4. Spoon approximately 1/2 cup of the chicken mixture onto each crispy tortilla, spreading evenly. Sprinkle with cheese.
  5. Return the tostadas to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Garnish with fresh cilantro and diced tomatoes. Serve with lime wedges.
