Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the frozen hashbrowns, shredded cheese, bacon bits, chopped green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until evenly incorporated.
  3. Take about a tablespoon of the mixture and shape it into a patty.
  4. Lightly grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper. Place the patties on the baking sheet with space in between.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden-brown and crispy.
