- In a shallow bowl, combine breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Prepare a second shallow bowl with a beaten egg and a plate with a light dusting of flour.
- Dip the floured crab meat into the egg, then roll in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until it shimmers but isn’t smoking.
