Ingredients
  

  • 2 large russet potatoes cut into fries
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper adjust for spice preference
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons hot sauce like Tabasco
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the cut fries with vegetable oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Spread the fries in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  4. While the fries are baking, prepare the sauce by mixing mayonnaise, hot sauce, and Dijon mustard in a small bowl. Adjust the hot sauce to taste.
  5. Once the fries are done, remove them from the oven and immediately drizzle the sauce over the top. Sprinkle with chopped green onions and shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
