  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. In a shallow bowl, combine panko bread crumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. In another bowl, whisk the eggs and olive oil together until well combined.
  4. Dip each shrimp into the egg mixture, allowing any excess to drip off, then coat it in the panko mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
  5. Place the coated shrimp on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer, ensuring they are not touching.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the shrimp are golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped parsley. Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
