Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Remove the green leaves from the cauliflower and trim the stem. Slice the cauliflower into 3/4-inch thick steaks.
  3. In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, chili powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Arrange the cauliflower steaks on the baking sheet and coat both sides with the seasoning mixture.
  5. Bake the cauliflower steaks for 15 minutes, then flip them and bake for an additional 10 to 12 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top of each steak and return to the oven for 2 to 3 minutes to melt the cheese.
  7. Garnish with finely chopped fresh parsley and serve immediately.
