Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, chopped bacon, and diced jalapeños. Add garlic powder and onion powder, mixing until smooth.
  2. Lay an eggroll wrapper diagonally and place about 2 tablespoons of filling at the bottom corner. Fold bottom over filling, then fold in the sides, and roll tightly to seal.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet until it reaches 350°F. Use a thermometer for accuracy.
  4. Carefully lower the eggrolls into the hot oil, frying in small batches for 3-5 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Remove from oil and place on paper towels to absorb excess oil. Sprinkle with salt immediately.
  6. Serve warm with dipping sauces like ranch or spicy mayo.
