  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the zucchini slices and olive oil. Toss until the zucchini is evenly coated.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Sprinkle this seasoning mix over the zucchini and toss to coat evenly.
  4. If using, sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the zucchini and toss gently to combine.
  5. Arrange the zucchini slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to do this in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
  6. Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the zucchini chips are golden brown and crispy.
  7. Remove the chips from the air fryer and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
