  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
For the Salad
  • 4 cups Green Leaf Lettuce Can be swapped with romaine or mixed greens
  • 2 medium Tomatoes Any ripe variety
  • 1 medium Cucumber
  • 1/2 medium Onion Consider green onions for a milder taste
  • 1 medium Avocado Optional
For the Homemade Honey Mustard Dressing
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon Mustard
  • 2 tablespoons Whole Grain Dijon
  • 2 tablespoons Honey Use agave syrup for a vegan option
  • 1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt

Cooking Steps
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. Remove excess moisture from the chicken tenders using paper towels.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine gluten-free breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Whisk an egg in another bowl until well combined.
  5. Dip each chicken tender into the whisked egg, then dredge in the breadcrumb mixture.
  6. Air fry the coated chicken tenders at 400°F (200°C) for about 14 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. Chop the green leaf lettuce, slice tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, and avocado to prepare the salad.
  8. Arrange the fresh ingredients in a large bowl.
  9. Top the salad with crispy chicken tenders once cooked.
  10. Whisk together Dijon mustard, honey, apple cider vinegar, and a pinch of sea salt for the dressing.
  11. Drizzle the honey mustard dressing over the salad just before serving.
