Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Melt chocolate by microwaving white chocolate chips and vegetable shortening in 30-second intervals until smooth.
  2. Dip the bottom of a large marshmallow into the melted chocolate and place it on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. Dip two more marshmallows in chocolate and stack them on top of the first marshmallow using chocolate as glue.
  4. Coat the entire marshmallow structure in remaining melted white chocolate for a smooth finish.
  5. Press candy eyes onto the coated marshmallow while the chocolate is still wet.
