Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Rinse the quinoa thoroughly under cold running water until the water runs clear to remove any bitterness.
  2. In a medium-sized saucepan, combine rinsed quinoa, your choice of milk, maple syrup, ground cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Stir gently and bring to a boil.
  3. Once boiling, reduce heat to low, cover the saucepan slightly ajar, and simmer for 20 to 25 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.
  4. Remove the lid and let it simmer for an additional 5 minutes until the pudding thickens and quinoa is tender.
