  • 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese Low-moisture preferred
  • 0.5 cups Parmesan Cheese Grated
For the Sauce
  • 24 ounces Marinara Sauce Homemade or store-bought
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil Extra virgin recommended

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.
  3. Sauté garlic in olive oil for about 1 minute, then add spinach and cook until wilted (2-3 minutes).
  4. In a bowl, combine ricotta, half the mozzarella, half the Parmesan, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Fold in sautéed spinach.
  5. Layer marinara sauce, half the pasta, ricotta mixture, remaining pasta, and more sauce in the baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle remaining mozzarella and Parmesan on top.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is melted and golden.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
