- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, heat a splash of olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Stir in the thawed and drained spinach, cooking for another 2-3 minutes until wilted. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the sautéed spinach and garlic mixture with ricotta cheese. Stir gently until well blended.
- Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Layer your spinach lasagna by placing the no-boil lasagna noodles over the sauce. Follow with a portion of the spinach mixture, then sprinkle a layer of mozzarella and parmesan cheese. Repeat the layers, finishing with another layer of sauce and cheese on top.
- Cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
- Let the lasagna rest for about 10 minutes before serving.
