Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat a splash of olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Stir in the thawed and drained spinach, cooking for another 2-3 minutes until wilted. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the sautéed spinach and garlic mixture with ricotta cheese. Stir gently until well blended.
  4. Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  5. Layer your spinach lasagna by placing the no-boil lasagna noodles over the sauce. Follow with a portion of the spinach mixture, then sprinkle a layer of mozzarella and parmesan cheese. Repeat the layers, finishing with another layer of sauce and cheese on top.
  6. Cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
  7. Let the lasagna rest for about 10 minutes before serving.
