  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese Pecorino Romano can be substituted
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder Fresh minced garlic can be used
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder Can be omitted if preferred

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Gather your ingredients and equipment.
  2. Combine cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise in a bowl until smooth. Mix in spinach, artichokes, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Pour the dip into an 8x8 inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  4. Cut pita bread into triangles, brush with olive oil, and arrange on a baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  5. Bake the dip for 20-25 minutes until bubbling and golden brown. Watch to avoid over-browning.
  6. Let the dip cool for a couple of minutes and serve warm with pita chips.
