Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, chicken broth, olive oil, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, dried thyme, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well blended.
  3. Coat the chicken thighs in the marinade and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Arrange the thighs skin-side up in a baking dish and drizzle remaining marinade over the top.
  5. Bake for about 35-40 minutes until skin is golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Optional: Baste the chicken halfway through baking for extra flavor.
  7. Optional: Broil for the last 2-3 minutes for crispy skin.
  8. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
