- In a large mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, and cocoa powder. Stir until smooth.
- Add rolled oats to the mixture and fold in gently until fully coated.
- Press the oat mixture firmly into the bottom of an 8x8-inch baking pan lined with parchment paper.
- Melt dark chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals until smooth.
- Pour melted chocolate over the pressed oat mixture and spread evenly.
- Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour until set.
- Once set, remove from the refrigerator and cut into squares.
