Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, and cocoa powder. Stir until smooth.
  2. Add rolled oats to the mixture and fold in gently until fully coated.
  3. Press the oat mixture firmly into the bottom of an 8x8-inch baking pan lined with parchment paper.
  4. Melt dark chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals until smooth.
  5. Pour melted chocolate over the pressed oat mixture and spread evenly.
  6. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour until set.
  7. Once set, remove from the refrigerator and cut into squares.
