Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounces penne pasta
  • 1 pound flank steak sliced thin
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 green onions sliced (for garnish)

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the sliced flank steak with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Add the steak to the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove from heat.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine buffalo sauce, heavy cream, and honey. Stir until well mixed.
  5. In a large baking dish, combine the cooked pasta, cooked steak, and buffalo sauce mixture. Stir in half of the cheddar and mozzarella cheeses.
  6. Top the pasta mixture with the remaining cheddar and mozzarella cheeses.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
