- In a medium bowl, combine 2 cups of Greek yogurt, 1 cup of heavy cream, and 1 cup of whole milk. Whisk vigorously until smooth, about 2-3 minutes.
- Gradually stir in ½ cup of honey until fully dissolved, mixing for another 1-2 minutes.
- Add 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, then mix thoroughly for about 1 minute.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a lid and let chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
