Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, combine 2 cups of Greek yogurt, 1 cup of heavy cream, and 1 cup of whole milk. Whisk vigorously until smooth, about 2-3 minutes.
  2. Gradually stir in ½ cup of honey until fully dissolved, mixing for another 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, then mix thoroughly for about 1 minute.
  4. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a lid and let chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  5. If using an ice cream maker, transfer chilled mixture to the bowl and churn for 20-25 minutes until soft-serve consistency.
  6. Pour the mixture into an airtight container, smooth the top, seal, and freeze for at least 4 hours.
