Method
 

Directions
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta until al dente, reserving ½ cup of pasta water before draining.
  2. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Melt butter in a skillet and sear chicken until golden brown, then set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter, sauté garlic and red pepper flakes, then add chicken broth and heavy cream; simmer.
  4. Whisk in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth, letting the sauce thicken.
  5. Slice chicken, return to the skillet with pasta, tossing everything together, adjusting thickness with reserved pasta water if needed.
  6. Serve garnished with parsley, enjoying the comforting flavors.
