- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add twisted pasta and cook for 8-10 minutes until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high. Add steak bites in a single layer and sear for 3-4 minutes until browned. Flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Remove and rest the steak.
- In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium, add butter, and let it melt. Pour in heavy cream and stir with Cajun seasoning. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Add drained pasta to the skillet and sprinkle Parmesan cheese. Toss gently to coat and fold in steak bites. Heat everything for an additional minute.
- Serve in warm bowls, garnished with extra Parmesan and parsley. Enjoy!
