Ingredients
  

For the Steak Bites
  • 1 lb Sirloin Steak can swap with tenderloin or ribeye for richer taste
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil or avocado oil
  • 3 tbsp Butter use margarine for a dairy-free version
For the Pasta
  • 8 oz Twisted Pasta (Rotini or Fusilli) gluten-free pasta is an excellent substitute
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream or half and half for a lighter version
  • ½ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese or nutritional yeast for a dairy-free option
For the Sauce
  • 2 tsp Cajun Seasoning adjust for preferred spice level
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add twisted pasta and cook for 8-10 minutes until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high. Add steak bites in a single layer and sear for 3-4 minutes until browned. Flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Remove and rest the steak.
  3. In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium, add butter, and let it melt. Pour in heavy cream and stir with Cajun seasoning. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  4. Add drained pasta to the skillet and sprinkle Parmesan cheese. Toss gently to coat and fold in steak bites. Heat everything for an additional minute.
  5. Serve in warm bowls, garnished with extra Parmesan and parsley. Enjoy!
