  • 1-2 heads Garlic Roasted
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil For drizzling
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese At room temperature
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • to taste Salt

  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley Chopped
For Serving
  • 1 package Crostini or Crackers For dipping

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Trim the tops off the heads of garlic, drizzle with olive oil, and wrap each head in aluminum foil. Roast in the oven for 40-50 minutes until soft and golden.
  2. Once the garlic has cooled slightly, squeeze the roasted cloves into a mixing bowl. Add the cream cheese and sour cream, then mix until smooth and creamy using a hand mixer or spatula.
  3. Gently fold in shredded mozzarella and half of the grated Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste, ensuring everything is well combined.
  4. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread the dip mixture evenly in a greased baking dish and sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese on top. Bake for about 25-28 minutes.
  5. Remove from the oven and let cool for about 5 minutes. Garnish with parsley and serve with crostini or crackers.
