Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounces rotini pasta
  • 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper diced
  • 1/4 cup green onions sliced
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, crumbled bacon, cheddar cheese, cherry tomatoes, red bell pepper, and green onions.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the ranch dressing, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss until everything is well coated.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  6. Before serving, give the salad a good stir and adjust seasoning if necessary.
