  • 1 small Shallot Or garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce For umami flavor
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard For a hint of tang
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Tarragon Substitute with parsley or thyme if needed
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice To enhance freshness
  • Salt To taste
  • Pepper To taste

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Cook lobster tails in boiling water for 5-7 minutes until shells are red and meat is opaque. Chop meat once cooled.
  2. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced shallots or garlic and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Pour heavy cream and lobster broth into the skillet, bring to a gentle simmer for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt, and pepper. Simmer for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Fold in lobster meat and simmer for 2-3 more minutes until heated through.
  6. Finish with lemon juice and tarragon. Serve over pasta or seafood.
