Preparation Steps
- Cook lobster tails in boiling water for 5-7 minutes until shells are red and meat is opaque. Chop meat once cooled.
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced shallots or garlic and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
- Pour heavy cream and lobster broth into the skillet, bring to a gentle simmer for 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in Worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt, and pepper. Simmer for another 2-3 minutes.
- Fold in lobster meat and simmer for 2-3 more minutes until heated through.
- Finish with lemon juice and tarragon. Serve over pasta or seafood.
