Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and roll out the thawed puff pastry until it's about 1/8 inch thick.
  2. Cut the pastry into strips, approximately 1.5 inches wide.
  3. Place a slice of Brie cheese and a dollop of cranberry sauce on one half of each strip, and sprinkle with fresh thyme.
  4. Fold the other half over the filling and press down gently to seal.
  5. Gently twist each filled strip in opposite directions, creating spirals, then arrange on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Refrigerate the twists for at least 15 minutes to maintain their shape during baking.
  7. Prepare an egg wash and brush it over each twist before baking.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and puffed up beautifully.
