Preparation
- Finely shred about 4 cups of cabbage and dice 2 apples, then set aside in a mixing bowl.
- Add 1 cup of dried cranberries to the cabbage and apples, and gently toss together.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together ½ cup of Greek yogurt or mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons of honey, and 2 tablespoons of vinegar until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the cabbage, apple, and cranberry mixture and toss until well coated.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
