For the Topping
  • 8 ounces Brie Cheese Thin wedges.
  • 1 cup Cranberry Sauce Can substitute with fig jam.
  • 2 tablespoons Honey For drizzling.
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • optional Fresh Thyme or Rosemary For garnish.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the baguette into ½-inch thick pieces and arrange on a baking sheet.
  3. Lightly brush each baguette slice with olive oil.
  4. Bake for 5-7 minutes or until golden and crispy, flipping halfway through.
  5. Top each crostini with a wedge of Brie and return to the oven for 5 minutes.
  6. Remove from the oven and top with cranberry sauce.
  7. Drizzle honey over each crostini.
  8. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and garnish with thyme or rosemary if desired.
