Method
 

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the cottage cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped spinach, diced bell pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  2. Lay out the lettuce leaves on a clean surface or plate.
  3. Spoon an equal amount of the cottage cheese mixture onto each lettuce leaf, spreading it out evenly.
  4. If desired, add optional toppings such as sliced avocado, diced tomatoes, or a drizzle of hot sauce on top of the cottage cheese mixture.
  5. Carefully roll up each lettuce leaf to form a wrap, securing the filling inside.
  6. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 30 minutes before serving for a chilled option.
