- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Beat the egg whites using an electric mixer until stiff peaks form, about 4–5 minutes.
- In another bowl, combine the cottage cheese with the egg yolks and whisk until smooth. Fold in the dry ingredients and honey.
- Carefully fold the whipped egg whites into the cottage cheese mixture.
- Fold in fresh blueberries, ensuring they are evenly distributed.
- Spread the batter onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 25–30 minutes.
- Remove from oven and allow to cool on the baking sheet for about 10 minutes.
