Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Spray the inner surface of the slow cooker with olive oil to prevent sticking.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in a single layer at the bottom.
  3. Pour the marinara sauce over the chicken and sprinkle garlic powder, onion granules, Italian seasoning, paprika, and red chili flakes on top, then add chicken broth.
  4. Cover and cook on LOW for about 4 hours until chicken reaches 165°F.
  5. Remove the chicken and shred it into bite-sized pieces, then return to the pot.
  6. Stir in the cheese tortellini, shredded mozzarella, and heavy cream.
  7. Cook on LOW for an additional 30 minutes until tortellini is al dente.
  8. Fold in the baby spinach and cook for another 10 minutes until wilted.
  9. Sprinkle and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
