Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Spray the inner surface of your slow cooker with olive oil.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in a single layer at the bottom of the slow cooker.
  3. Pour the marinara sauce over the chicken and sprinkle bacon salt, spices, and broth.
  4. Cover the slow cooker and set it to LOW heat for about 4 hours.
  5. Remove the chicken and shred it before returning to the pot.
  6. Stir in the cheese tortellini, mozzarella, and heavy cream.
  7. Cover and cook on LOW for an additional 30 minutes.
  8. Fold in the baby spinach and cook for another 10 minutes.
  9. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
