  5. Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the banana slices, ensuring they are evenly coated.
  6. Arrange the banana slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 2 to 3 hours, flipping the slices halfway through, until they are dry and crisp.
