Dough

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a small bowl, combine 1/2 cup of sugar with 2 tablespoons of cinnamon.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth; add 1/2 cup of sugar, one egg, and vanilla extract.
  4. Lightly spray a 9x13-inch baking pan with non-stick spray and sprinkle half of the cinnamon sugar mixture.
  5. Roll out the first can of dough onto a floured surface and press it into the baking pan.
  6. Spread the cream cheese filling evenly over the dough base.
  7. Roll out the second can of dough and place it over the cream cheese layer.
  8. Sprinkle the remaining cinnamon sugar mixture over the top layer of dough.
  9. Bake for approximately 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
  10. Allow to cool in the pan for at least 20 minutes before slicing.
