Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a small bowl, combine 1/2 cup of sugar with 2 tablespoons of cinnamon.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth; add 1/2 cup of sugar, one egg, and vanilla extract.
- Lightly spray a 9x13-inch baking pan with non-stick spray and sprinkle half of the cinnamon sugar mixture.
- Roll out the first can of dough onto a floured surface and press it into the baking pan.
- Spread the cream cheese filling evenly over the dough base.
- Roll out the second can of dough and place it over the cream cheese layer.
- Sprinkle the remaining cinnamon sugar mixture over the top layer of dough.
- Bake for approximately 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool in the pan for at least 20 minutes before slicing.
