For the Base
  • 1 cup oats gluten-free oats can be used
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter can substitute with almond or cashew butter
  • 1/4 cup honey can be replaced with maple syrup for vegan option
  • 1 scoop protein powder choose between plant-based or whey
For the Toppings
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips or use dark chocolate/dried fruit

Method
 

Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine oats, peanut butter, honey, and protein powder, stirring until thoroughly mixed.
  2. Check the consistency; it should be sticky but moldable. Add more peanut butter or oats if needed.
  3. Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper. Transfer the mixture and pack it down firmly.
  4. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top and gently press them into the mixture.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the bars to firm up.
  6. Once set, remove the bars using the parchment paper and slice into 8 pieces.
