- In a large mixing bowl, combine oats, peanut butter, honey, and protein powder, stirring until thoroughly mixed.
- Check the consistency; it should be sticky but moldable. Add more peanut butter or oats if needed.
- Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper. Transfer the mixture and pack it down firmly.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips on top and gently press them into the mixture.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the bars to firm up.
- Once set, remove the bars using the parchment paper and slice into 8 pieces.
