Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb chicken breast sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, mix chicken with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 30 seconds.
  4. Add marinated chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
  5. Add broccoli and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until tender.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
