  • 2 large spinach tortillas
  • 1 cup cooked chicken shredded
  • 4 slices cooked bacon crumbled
  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

  1. Lay the spinach tortillas flat on a clean surface or cutting board.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the ranch dressing, garlic powder, and black pepper until well combined.
  3. Spread half of the ranch mixture evenly over each tortilla.
  4. On each tortilla, layer the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, fresh spinach leaves, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. Starting from one end, tightly roll up each tortilla to form a wrap.
  6. Slice each wrap in half diagonally and serve immediately, or wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
