In a shallow bowl, combine the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
In another bowl, beat the eggs.
Place the breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
Dip each piece of chicken into the flour mixture, shaking off the excess.
Next, dip it into the beaten eggs, allowing any excess to drip off, and then coat it in the breadcrumbs.
Heat about 1/2 inch of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Once the oil is hot, carefully add the breaded chicken pieces in batches, making sure not to overcrowd the pan.
Fry for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.
Remove the nuggets from the skillet and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces.
