In a small saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Once boiling, remove from heat and add the Earl Grey tea. Steep for 5 minutes for a strong flavor. If using tea bags, simply let them steep in the hot water.
Strain the tea into a large measuring cup or bowl if using loose tea. If using tea bags, just remove them.
Stir in the cherry juice and honey until well combined. Taste and adjust sweetness if desired.
For hot tea, heat the milk in a separate saucepan until warm but not boiling. Slowly pour the warm milk into the tea mixture, stirring gently.
For iced tea, fill a glass with ice and pour the cherry tea mixture over the ice. Top with cold milk and stir gently.
Garnish with fresh cherries or lemon slices if desired. Serve immediately.
