  1. In a small blender, combine 1/2 cup of frozen cherries, 1/2 cup of dairy-free milk, 2 teaspoons of maple syrup, and 1/8 teaspoon of almond extract. Blend on high until smooth and creamy, about 30 seconds.
  2. Pour the smooth cherry mixture into a glass jar or container, and then add 3 tablespoons of chia seeds. Stir thoroughly.
  3. Allow the mixture to sit for 10 minutes at room temperature.
  4. Cover the container and place it in the refrigerator overnight, or for at least 3 hours.
