Step-by-Step Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Gently unroll the crescent dough or puff pastry on a clean surface, rolling it to about 1/8 inch thick if using puff pastry. Cut into rectangles.
- Place a slice of ham and a cheese stick at one end of each dough rectangle. Roll tightly, sealing edges to prevent leakage.
- In a medium bowl, mix melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, onion powder, and poppy seeds until smooth.
- Transfer sticks to the baking sheet, brush with glaze, and sprinkle with coarse salt.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy outside, soft and gooey inside.
- Remove from oven, let cool for a few minutes before serving with dipping sauces.

Notes
For optimal flavor, consider different cheese types and experimenting with spices in the glaze.
