Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Gently unroll the crescent dough or puff pastry on a clean surface, rolling it to about 1/8 inch thick if using puff pastry. Cut into rectangles.
  3. Place a slice of ham and a cheese stick at one end of each dough rectangle. Roll tightly, sealing edges to prevent leakage.
  4. In a medium bowl, mix melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, onion powder, and poppy seeds until smooth.
  5. Transfer sticks to the baking sheet, brush with glaze, and sprinkle with coarse salt.
