Method
 

Basic Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out your pizza dough into a large rectangle, about 12x18 inches.
  3. Spread marinara sauce evenly over the rolled-out dough, leaving a 1-inch border.
  4. Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheese, pepperoni, sausage, bell peppers, onions, and olives over the sauce.
  5. Roll the dough into a tight log, sealing the edges well.
  6. Place the rolled dough seam-side down, brush with olive oil, and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Let it rest for 5 minutes, then slice and serve warm with extra marinara sauce.
