Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, add olive oil over medium heat and crumble in the Italian sausage. Cook for 5-7 minutes until browned.
  3. Pour in the marinara sauce and sprinkle with Italian seasoning. Stir and let it simmer for 3-5 minutes.
  4. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the gnocchi and cook until they float, usually around 2-4 minutes.
  5. Drain the gnocchi and transfer to the skillet with the sausage mixture, gently stirring to coat.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top, followed by Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
