- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, add olive oil over medium heat and crumble in the Italian sausage. Cook for 5-7 minutes until browned.
- Pour in the marinara sauce and sprinkle with Italian seasoning. Stir and let it simmer for 3-5 minutes.
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the gnocchi and cook until they float, usually around 2-4 minutes.
- Drain the gnocchi and transfer to the skillet with the sausage mixture, gently stirring to coat.
