  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 12 sugar cones
  • Red white, and blue sprinkles (optional)

Method
 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth.
  2. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined and smooth.
  5. Spoon the cheesecake mixture into each sugar cone, filling them generously.
  6. Top each cone with chopped strawberries and blueberries, arranging them to create a festive look.
  7. If desired, sprinkle red, white, and blue sprinkles on top for extra flair.
  8. Place the filled cones in the freezer for at least 1 hour to firm up before serving.
