- Preheat your toaster or oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice your everything bagel in half and toast until golden brown, about 3-5 minutes.
- Spread a generous layer of chive and onion cream cheese over the bottom half of the toasted bagel.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cooked bacon strips, chopped romaine lettuce, and diced tomatoes. Add kosher salt and black pepper to taste.
- Chop the filling mixture in the bowl until it reaches a chunky consistency.
- Gently fold in the diced avocado and chop the mixture a few more times to ensure even distribution.
- Gather the filling and mound it generously on top of the cream cheese-covered bagel half.
- Place the other half of the toasted bagel on top and press down gently.
- Slice the bagel sandwich in half if desired, and serve immediately.
