Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your toaster or oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice your everything bagel in half and toast until golden brown, about 3-5 minutes.
  2. Spread a generous layer of chive and onion cream cheese over the bottom half of the toasted bagel.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cooked bacon strips, chopped romaine lettuce, and diced tomatoes. Add kosher salt and black pepper to taste.
  4. Chop the filling mixture in the bowl until it reaches a chunky consistency.
  5. Gently fold in the diced avocado and chop the mixture a few more times to ensure even distribution.
  6. Gather the filling and mound it generously on top of the cream cheese-covered bagel half.
  7. Place the other half of the toasted bagel on top and press down gently.
