Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Place a wire rack on top of the baking sheet for crispier wings.
In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings and olive oil. Toss until the wings are evenly coated.
In a separate small bowl, mix together the Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
Sprinkle the spice mixture over the chicken wings and toss until they are well coated.
Arrange the wings in a single layer on the wire rack. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping the wings halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
Once cooked, remove the wings from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
