  • 4 pieces Croissants Freshly baked for best texture.
For the Filling
  • 4 slices Havarti Cheese Can substitute with any soft cheese.
  • 8 slices Deli Turkey Swap with ham or chicken if preferred.
  • 4 teaspoons Apricot Jelly/Jam Any fruit preserve works as a substitute.
  • 4 teaspoons Honey Mustard Can replace with regular mustard.
  • 1 handful Microgreens Substitute with spinach or arugula.
For the Flavor Boost
  • 4 tablespoons Garlic Butter Olive oil mixed with minced garlic can be used.
  • 1 tablespoon Everything Bagel Seasoning Can be substituted with sesame seeds and garlic powder.
  • 1 teaspoon Honey Agave syrup can be used as a substitute.

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Carefully slice each croissant in half horizontally.
  3. Spread 1 teaspoon of apricot jelly on the bottom half of each croissant.
  4. Spread 1 teaspoon of honey mustard on the top half of each croissant.
  5. Layer 2 slices of Havarti cheese on the jam side and 4 slices of deli turkey on the mustard side.
  6. Sprinkle microgreens over the turkey layer.
  7. Close the croissant halves and place them seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Brush the tops of the croissants with melted garlic butter.
  9. Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning over the tops of each croissant and drizzle honey.
  10. Bake for 6-8 minutes until golden and cheese is melted.
  11. Remove from oven and let cool for a minute before serving warm.
