Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Carefully slice each croissant in half horizontally.
- Spread 1 teaspoon of apricot jelly on the bottom half of each croissant.
- Spread 1 teaspoon of honey mustard on the top half of each croissant.
- Layer 2 slices of Havarti cheese on the jam side and 4 slices of deli turkey on the mustard side.
- Sprinkle microgreens over the turkey layer.
- Close the croissant halves and place them seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops of the croissants with melted garlic butter.
- Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning over the tops of each croissant and drizzle honey.
- Bake for 6-8 minutes until golden and cheese is melted.
- Remove from oven and let cool for a minute before serving warm.
