In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula, about 5-7 minutes.
Drain excess fat, then stir in garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until well combined. Remove from heat.
In a large bowl, layer the mixed salad greens as the base.
Top the greens with the cooked ground beef, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, shredded cheddar cheese, and pickles.
Drizzle ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise over the top or serve on the side for dipping.
Toss gently if desired and serve immediately.
